Life and Death — Limits for Justice?

Evergreen Conifers are “used” as Christmas trees just because they are the only trees with life in Winter! They get to be pretty while every other green life is dead…oh wait!!! Now that the Christmas is over they are “thrown out“ and cannot survive- be EVERGREEN anymore without their roots absorbing water and minerals from the ground!!! THEN begins other greens to leaf up and bear life just when Winter fades away.

LIFE is a struggle to survive with ups and downs and death happens when all those struggles fail, so life takes the last breath. What is death? Is it physical or mental or both?

Darwin’s Natural Selection’s contrapositive-elimination of the unfittest, but who can really decide the unfittest? Nature? Oneself? Society? Or one’s God???

How does one justify murder, suicide followed by bullying or depression, sudden death, killed as a self-defense mechanism, euthanasia, death penalty? And what exactly is justifiable death?

How to justify rotting in prison because one cannot afford the bail or till the Judicial Trial ends (and hilariously still sadly presumed to be innocent until proven guilty when the punishment is already given)- Power? Money?, domestic violence and child abuse (Victim exists physically, but mentally dead! and yet “surviving” because SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST????)-Love? Hatred? How about abortion, surrogacy, artificial insemination and marvels of modern science? Robots getting citizenship with a bundle of rights while some Humans are still Stateless and some even don’t have a say in their inherent rights???

Can we really blame Darwin’s phenotypic variation or has evolution gone wrong?!
